Criteria to qualify as our tenant
Before filling out the application, please review our list of criteria below.
If you feel you meet the criteria, please apply.
- Are you a smoker? If yes, stop. We do not rent to smokers
- A completed and signed application from all occupants age 18 and above must be submitted. You need an application to get an early start in the selection process.
- You must provide a copy of a government issued photo I.D.
- You must have a credit report for each applicant age 18 and above that demonstrates a willingness and ability to pay all financial obligations.
- You must have NO evictions.
- You must have a good, verifiable rental history.
- Verifiable employment history
- Income of a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent verified by pay stubs or tax records
We will verify your rental history with previous landlords and must receive favorable responses from previous landlords. We will ask about your rent payment records, the condition of the property when you left, and whether the landlord would rent to you again. We must get favorable responses to all questions.
Please note: you are responsible for all actions of your guests - including not allowing them to smoke on the premises.
